Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed GiGi's. We were in Corolla over the MLK weekend, and arrived at GiGi's right before (as you) opened.  It was wonderful to have the restaurant, and our server, Alicia, all to ourselves for a while.  Our meal was excellent, and we enjoyed Alicia's recommendation for wine while we chatted.  The superb desserts capped off the evening, and as we made our way to the car for the drive back to the hotel, we counted ourselves lucky to found you.
